Field Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, retail, security, and industrial manpower. The role involves field hiring, coordination with candidates and clients, and ensuring quick joining to meet daily manpower requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:Field recruitment for roles such as Picker, Packer, Helper, Loader, Security Guard, etc.
• Sourcing candidates through field visits, walk-ins, referrals, job portals, and local vendors
• Conducting initial screening and interviews
• Collecting and verifying documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank, Photo, etc.)
• Coordinating joining, site reporting, and shift allocation
• Handling daily manpower shortages and urgent requirements
• Maintaining candidate data and joining reports
• Regular coordination with field officers, HR, and clients
• Supporting replacements in case of absenteeism or attrition
