Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Operational Supervision daily pest control operations at client sites
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor attendance and productivity
- Ensure services are delivered as per contract, SOPs, and safety standards
- Conduct site inspections before and after treatments
- Quality & Compliance Ensure proper use of chemicals, equipment, and PPE
- Follow statutory norms, safety guidelines, and company policies
- Maintain service records, checklists, and reports
- Ensure Contract ID / SIPC ID / Work Orders are followed before service
- Team ManagementTrain and guide technicians on treatment methods and safety
- Monitor technician performance and discipline
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Handle minor employee issues and escalate when required
- Customer CoordinationInteract with clients to understand issues and provide solutions
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily/weekly service and manpower reports
- Maintain chemical usage and stock records
- Report incidents, accidents, or non-compliance to management
- Skills & RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in pest control operations
- Knowledge of general pest control, termite, rodent, and fumigation services
- Basic knowledge of chemicals and safety practices
- Ability to manage field staff and handle clients
- Basic computer skills (reports, email, mobile apps)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
