Field Support Executive

Edubricz Customer Support Executive will provide on-site and remote product support to Edubricz partner institutions across multiple domains. The role involves visiting client premises, assisting end users with ERP platform usage, resolving functional queries, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit allotted client institutions as per support schedule
• Act as the first point of contact for parents, students, faculty, and administrators using Edubricz platform
• Provide hands-on assistance on ERP modules including:
• 
  
• Student information management
• Fee collection, billing, and adjustments
• Finance & accounting workflows
• Payroll and HR processes
• Inventory and administration features
• Troubleshoot user issues related to:
• 
  
• Login and access problems
• Payments and billing mismatches
• Data corrections and report generation
• Printer / device / network coordination at client site
• Create, track, and close support tickets from client premises
• Conduct brief training and refresher sessions for new users
• Gather client feedback and report bugs or enhancement requests
• Coordinate with implementation team during new institution onboarding
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and defined TAT
• Submit daily work and visit report to Support Manager
