Field Support Technician (Medical Devices)

We are hiring a Field Support Technician to support medical device operations including field visits, patient assistance, sleep diagnostics, and follow-ups. This role involves working at hospitals and patient homes and requires flexibility in working hours based on patient and clinical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install medical devices
• Demonstrate device usage and train patients, hospital staff, and doctors
• Guide customers on correct usage, troubleshooting, and care of devices
• Follow up for feedback and usage support
• Maintain accurate data entry and daily work records
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of medical equipment

Working Hours

• No fixed working hours
• Work schedule varies
• Early morning and late evening/night visits are required
• Weekly off as per company policy

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma (any stream)
• Freshers can apply; field or healthcare experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel locally
• Comfortable with flexible working hours
• Data entry knowledge
• Good communication skills in local language; English is a plus
