Field Technician

Job Description:We are looking for a Field Support Technician to handle installation, servicing, repair, and basic training related to vending machines. The role involves field visits, troubleshooting hardware issues, and coordinating with the support team. Complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair vending machines at customer locations
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks
• Provide basic operational training to customers
• Coordinate with the support team for ticket closure
• Maintain service reports and visit records
• Ensure machines are working properly after service

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• ITI candidates (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) are welcome
• Candidates with experience in Refrigeration / Cooling systems can apply
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components
• Willingness to travel for field service
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions
• Basic communication skills (Hindi / English)
