Key Responsibilities :-

1. Ensure all the staffs are well trained and equipped.

2. Provide proper training to all the staffs & guards.

3. Understand all the strength and weakness of the staff and provide training accordingly.

Job Requirements : -

1. Ex-Service Man, Age : 40-45, Good in Kannada Speaking & writing & English writing.

2. Strong Observational Skills & Attention to details and an understanding to safety regulations are essential.
