Through a values-based, transformational 50-day training program, Unnati assures jobs for the youth to help them and their families be economically independent.

We strongly believe in three principles that are the guiding principles for Unnati:

·       If we train someone, they must be given a job

·       They must be change agents in the society

Unnati’s vision is to train and employ 1 million youth across the country. Over the last decade, we have set up 30 Centres across 7 states and trained more than 35,000 youth. We can proudly say that we have build a strong network of partners which include Employers, NGO partners and Government departments. We are a well know, recognized and credible organization in the Livelihood domain.

Our two flagship programs – Unnati and UNXT are well defined and established. Our goal over the next few years is to scale them to the next level and reach geographies that are untouched and vulnerable. We want to leverage local talent and technology to reach every corner of the nation.
