Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • . Financial Accounting & ReportingMaintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage project-wise accounting and cost tracking.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and audits.
  • 2. Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor bills and contractor payments.
  • Track customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage invoicing for property sales, leasing, and maintenance charges.
  • Maintain aging reports for receivables and payables.
  • 3. Budgeting & Cost ControlAssist in preparing project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure budget adherence.
  • Analyze cost variances and report to management.
  • Support cash flow planning for ongoing projects.
  • 4. Compliance & TaxationEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and file tax returns in coordination with consultants.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory checks.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • 5. MIS & Financial AnalysisPrepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Analyze profitability of real estate projects.
  • Support feasibility studies for new property developments.
