Role Overview

We are looking for motivated fresh MBA Finance graduates with a strong interest in the stock market and financial markets. As a Financial Executive, you will support the franchise’s investment advisory, research, and client engagement activities. You will gain hands-on exposure to equity, commodity, and derivatives markets while developing practical skills in financial analysis, portfolio recommendations, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and analysis of equities, commodities, and derivative instruments.
• Support the team in preparing investment advisory reports and insights for clients.
• Monitor stock market trends, indices, corporate actions, and financial news.
• Provide basic financial guidance to clients under senior supervision.
• Collaborate with the research team to identify trading opportunities and generate reports.
• Learn and work with financial tools, trading platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Maintain and update client information, compliance documentation, and internal reports.
• Work closely with the operations team to support smooth client onboarding and servicing.
• Actively participate in internal training sessions to build technical and market knowledge.
• Interact with prospective and existing clients to help build and expand the business.

Required Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Finance (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred).
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of equities, commodities, derivatives, mutual funds, and trading platforms.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Eagerness to learn about financial markets, investment advisory, and wealth management
