Finance Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing plant finance operations, cost control, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance to support the manufacturing unit’s profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Manage cost accounting, production costing, and variance analysis.
• Monitor inventory valuation, working capital, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, audits, and internal controls.
• Support operations with financial insights and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and procurement teams.

Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in plant finance or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP, costing, and statutory compliance.
