Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Experience Required: Minimum 5–10 years in finance, preferably in the freight forwarding industry

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily finance and accounting operations
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Manage cash flow, receivables, and payables
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and financial reviews
• Implement cost control measures
• Support management with strategic financial analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with banks for loan, forex, and funding activities
• Oversee billing and ensure timely invoicing and collections
• Lead the finance team across branches (if applicable)
• Qualifications:CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent
• Proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics finance
• Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and accounting
• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and finance ERPs
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
