Finance Manager

• Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the company

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions

Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to management

Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments

Implement financial controls and cost optimization strategies

Handle payroll processing and financial documentation

• Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and communication skills
