Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Financial Planning & Analysis

* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

* Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

* Accounting & Compliance

* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance

* Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

* Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

* Taxation & Regulatory

* Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, etc.).

* Ensure adherence to statutory filings and compliance with all applicable laws.

* Treasury & Cash Flow Management

* Monitor working capital, cash flow, and banking operations.

* Optimize fund management, investment decisions, and risk management strategies.

* Internal Controls & Governance

* Implement strong internal financial controls and processes.

* Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

* Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales, Procurement).

* Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term business strategies.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance.

* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally/MS Dynamics).

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Background:

* 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

* Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; additional qualifications (CMA, CS, MBA-Finance) preferred.
