Role: Monetization & Fundraising Lead

1. Objective

● Drive revenue growth and monetization strategy

● Lead and support fundraising efforts

● Work closely with founders on scaling the business

2. Key Responsibilities

● Define and execute monetization strategy (subscriptions, pricing, new revenue streams)

● Support fundraising (financial models, investor decks, data readiness)

● Build revenue projections and business models

● Identify opportunities to improve unit economics and margins

● Work with product and growth teams to drive revenue outcomes

● Support founders in strategic decision-making related to growth

3. Must-Have Experience

● ~10 years of experience in startup / high-growth environment

● Strong experience in monetization and revenue strategy

● Exposure to fundraising / investor interactions

● Strong understanding of business models and scaling strategies

4. Good to Have

● Experience in consumer / D2C / health / digital products

● Exposure to subscription or app-based businesses

5. Profile Type

● Not a traditional finance or compliance role

● Looking for someone who:

● Thinks growth and revenue first

● Is hands-on and execution-focused

● Can work closely with founders
