Financial Advisor | Equity, MF, SIP, Insurance Broking & Wealth Products


Designation: Financial Consultant (FC Jr / SR. FC / AM Sales / MA Sales) Job title - Functional Designation: Sales

Role & responsibilities - Financial Sales Executive Equity / MF / SIP


  • Identify and acquire new clients through cold-calling, references, and meetings
  • Explain Geojits products and services to prospects and existing clients
  • Promote a wide range of investment products such as: ✔ Equity ✔ Currency ✔ Mutual Funds & SIPs ✔ Insurance ✔ PMS, Bonds, and other wealth products
  • Share research reports, new MF schemes, NFOs, IPO updates & market trends with clients
  • Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
  • Maintain strong client relations through regular calls and meetings
  • Assist clients with investment forms, documentation & onboarding
  • Provide after-sales service and ensure high client retention
  • Support branch promotional & sales activities
  • Maintain and enhance the AUM (Assets Under Management) of the branch
  • Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the Branch Head & Sales Manager
  • Update all business activities in the back-office system promptly
  • Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets

Preferred candidate profile


  • Any Graduate (NISM Series V-A certification preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in financial sales / broking / wealth management
  • Strong knowledge of equity, mutual funds, insurance & financial products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to generate leads and convert prospects
  • Target-driven with strong persuasion and negotiation ability
  • Good presentation skills and client-handling capability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Candidates with experience in broking, BFSI, or wealth management will be given preference
  • Immediate joiners preferred
