We provide services pan-India across all sectors of banking and finance, approved under RBI regulations. Our expertise covers all four major credit bureaus in India, handling both individual and commercial credit reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and provide detailed information about Credittechno’s credit improvement and debt negotiation services.
• Understand client needs and confidently enroll customers into recommended financial service programs.
• Conduct outbound tele-calling and handle online chat processes to reach potential clients.
• Manage digital leads generated from Google Ads, Just Dial Ads, and other online campaigns.
• Educate clients on credit reports, credit score management, and related financial concepts.
• Work towards meeting monthly goals for client engagement and program enrollment with a customer-focused approach.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain follow-ups until successful closure.
• Collaborate with team members and reporting managers to execute marketing and outreach strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Multitasking proficiency in Indian languages including English, Kannada, and Hindi to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
• Basic knowledge of the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic proficiency in social media.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to build relationships.
• For freshers: Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a finance and sales environment.
• For experience: Telecalling, sales counseling, or financial service sales experience is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: SSLC, II PUC, B.Com, or equivalent.

Job Details

• Location: Church Street, Bangalore (candidates within 10 km preferred)
• Working Days: 6 days per week (day shift)
• Salary: ₹20,000–₹45,000 per month + incentives
• Immediate joining preferred
