Job Role:

Grahak Mitra helps customers inside the SBI branch. The role is to guide customers, manage queues, help with forms, ATM machines, and digital services like YONO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers inside the bank

• Guide customers for token & queue system

• Help senior citizens and first-time customers

• Assist customers in ATM, passbook printing & digital banking

• Share basic information about SBI services

• Maintain discipline and smooth flow inside branch

Eligibility:

• Minimum Graduate

• Basic knowledge of banking & customer handling

• Good communication in local language

• Freshers can apply (service experience preferred)
