Floor Manager

Manages the entire gaming floor during the assigned shift, with one Floor Manager per shift

1. Tracks dealer rotation (45/5 cycle) using a timer; signals breaks, assigns tables, and logs rotations
2. Oversees table operations by opening and closing tables based on player demand and coordinating with the cashier for chip inventory
3. Handles player management by resolving disputes at tables; decisions are final on floor rulings
4. Coordinates with security/bouncers for entry control, crowd management, and handling player removals when required
5. Conducts a structured 5–10 minute handover to the incoming Floor Manager during shift changes
6. Maintains a calm and composed approach under pressure
7. Demonstrates strong experience in poker room operations
8. Builds respect and authority among both players and dealers
