Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
•Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
•Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
•Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
•Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle client objections, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts with professionalism.
•Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and technical specifications to effectively communicate value.
•Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align on campaigns and ensure customer satisfaction.
