Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.


Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.


Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.


Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle client objections, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts with professionalism.


Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and technical specifications to effectively communicate value.


Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.


Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align on campaigns and ensure customer satisfaction.
