Job Description

 Daily Operations & Sales Execution:

o Identify and open new stores in the beat area.

o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

o Follow the route and visit all stores as per the beat plan.

o Mark attendance in the software every day without fail

 In-Store Execution:

o Ensure products are placed in all assigned stores.

o Ensure timely order-taking and payment collection.

o Ensure proper placement of POSM materials (hangers, posters, danglers).

o Communicate promotions and offers effectively to retailers.

 Relationship & Market Development:

o Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

o Be alert to competitor activity and provide timely feedback to the Sales Officer.

o Provide insights from the market to improve sales and visibility.
