We are now looking for a Area Sales Manager to complement our team and further grow the
SNAP!N brand.
Role Description
Our Area Sales Manager will lead our sales team and expand our distribution channels
across the breadth of the city. Specifically, responsibilities will include:
/Bengaluru/West Bengal/Rajasthan

• Implement a sales strategy to increase distribution in general trade in his HQ city
• Planning: break down large tasks into small ones and prioritize
• Leverage relationships to appoint additional distributors; develop long-term
partnerships with key buyers/senior management personnel in general trade
• Handle negotiations and create professional presentations for the management
• Lead our sales force to achieve sales targets by continually adapting our strategy
• Execute planning meetings with sales teams on a monthly and weekly basis to
monitor and motivate sales personnel
• Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial drive and proactively and collaboratively engage
with all departments internally to execute business plans, resolve issues, and deliver
solutions
Requirements and Preferred Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• 7 years or more experience working in sales related to a food/ FMCG product
• Proven ability to lead a sales team in setting goals and meeting targets
• Ability to speak confidently and knowledgeably about seasonings, spices and the
value proposition of our products with distributors
• Be able to obtain meetings with potential and existing distributors, articulate the
company’s value proposition/product offering, and develop a rapport with personnel across
general trade
• Demonstrate strong business analysis, financial modeling and negotiation skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to work in market for 20 days in a month
