• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Cashiering & Order Handling

• Operate POS systems and handle cash, card, and digital payments
• Maintain accuracy in billing and order processing

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean and organized
