Food Technologist

Altways is looking to hire a Food Technologist for the development of packaged plant-based dairy alternatives with a focus on plant-based milk substitures such as oat milk, creamer and also plant-based desserts. Candidates with a mix of culinary and food technology experience would be ideal, and experience in packaged products development would be suitable. The role would be expected to handle the entire product development cycle, including development, nutritional profiling, commercialization and achieving the required gross margins, and hence the role would provide great exposure towards development of a complete product. Previous experience in plant-based dairy substitutes would be an added advantage.
