Role: Founder’s Office Intern

Location: Onsite (Bengaluru)

Type: Full-time Internship (with PPO opportunity)

This isn’t a backseat role. This is real exposure to how a company is built from the inside.

You’ll work directly with the founder across strategy, operations, product, hiring, and execution. You’ll see how decisions are made, how priorities shift, and how things actually get done in a fast-moving startup.

What you’ll do

   * Work closely with the founder on day-to-day execution and strategic initiatives

   * Help drive projects across product, growth, hiring, and operations

   * Research markets, competitors, and user problems and turn insights into action

   * Coordinate between tech, design, and business teams to unblock execution

   * Assist in hiring processes, internal ops, and special high-impact projects

   * Learn how real startup decisions are made — fast, imperfect, and outcome-driven

Who you are

    * Sharp, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

    * Strong written and verbal communication skills

    * Able to think clearly, prioritize fast, and execute without hand-holding

    * Curious about startups, tech, AI, and building products from zero to one

    * Not afraid of messy problems, incomplete information, or tight timelines

    * Bonus if you’ve worked in startups, led college initiatives, or built something on your own
