Job Description
Role OverviewThis is a core execution-focused role responsible for managing and driving daily recruitment operations. The Recruitment Operations Manager will oversee recruiter productivity, monitor hiring performance, coordinate with franchise partners, and ensure timely delivery against client commitments.
You will report directly to leadership and be accountable for achieving operational targets and maintaining service quality.
Your primary responsibility will be to convert client hiring requirements into successful interviews, selections, and joinings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Operations Management
- Manage end-to-end daily recruitment delivery workflow
- Track interview schedules, closures, and joining pipelines
- Ensure focus on priority client mandates
- Monitor recruiter productivity and performance
- Ensure timely submission of candidate profiles to clients
2. Team Coordination & Performance Management
- Lead and manage team leads and recruiters (10+ members)
- Assign hiring priorities and daily tasks
- Track individual and team performance metrics
- Drive accountability for daily and weekly targets
- Address execution gaps and resolve delays
3. SLA & Client Commitment Management
- Ensure consistent adherence to client SLAs
- Monitor turnaround times for candidate submissions and interviews
- Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate with sales and client onboarding teams
4. Franchise Partner Coordination
- Work closely with franchise partners on hiring delivery
- Ensure compliance with process and reporting standards
- Track franchise-level performance metrics
- Support hiring drives and walk-in campaigns
5. Reporting & MIS Management
- Maintain daily and weekly operational MIS reports
- Track interviews, selections, joinings, closures, and drop-offs
- Prepare performance dashboards for leadership
- Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of operational data
6. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify inefficiencies in recruitment processes
- Improve execution systems and workflows
- Implement SOPs and tracking frameworks
- Maintain structured documentation

Candidate Profile
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations and delivery processes
- Experience managing multiple teams and high-volume targets
- Ability to work with daily deadlines and performance goals
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
