Fraud Operation Analyst

Opening of FRaud operation Analyst in a leading firm in Bangalore

Exp - 2- 6 yrs

Shift timing: 9 hours shift (including 1 hour break). Shift timing would start between 4 AM to 7 AM. 

Contractual role- 12 months and conversion / renewal / termination/ extension will be subject to individual performance and business requirement.  

 As a Fraud operation Analyst , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences across our Fraud and Scam Management Platform. 

•       Detecting and preventing various types of financial fraud, such as identity theft, loan fraud, or false claims.

·       Focuses on specific instances of deceptive activities resulting in unlawful gain.

·       Fraud prevention can occur at any stage, often acting in real-time to stop a transaction or prevent an account takeover.

·       Analyzing transaction patterns for anomalies, investigating red flags indicative of scams, and mitigating financial losses for the institution and customers.

Desired qualifications 

1.   Farud operations Analyst with 2-6 years of experience with experience in Inbound process

2.   Experience in handling non-retail fraud alerts/ cases for Corporate and entities ( non-retail customers)

3.   Working from office all days

4.   Strong Communication skills

1. Prior Experience or working in Voice Process in Fraud Operations for a global bank is a must with following specific skill sets:

• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns;
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking database
