About the Role:-

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our fast growing fitness center team! 

Your primary responsibility will be to convert walk-ins, generate leads, and promote gym memberships by clearly communicating the value of fitness and our services.

Key Responsibilities:-

Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their fitness needs, and convert them into members.

Follow up on leads generated through calls, messages, and referrals.

Conduct guided tours of the gym and explain membership plans, facilities, and offers.

Achieve monthly membership sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain strong relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.

Handle membership documentation, payments, and CRM data entry accurately.

Participate in marketing activities, local promotions, and community outreach programs.

Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and sales trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (any industry—retail, telecom, insurance, etc.).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented personality.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Passion for fitness is a plus (not mandatory).
