Job Summary:

We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who is responsible for managing patient communication, appointment scheduling, and overall front-desk coordination to ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and communicate with patients visiting the clinic in a professional and friendly manner.

• Schedule and manage patient appointments in coordination with doctors.

• Handle walk-in patients by guiding them to fill out required forms and informing the concerned doctor about their arrival.

• Coordinate with doctors regarding patient flow and appointment updates.

• Assist patients through their visit and ensure a seamless experience.

• Collect payments from patients after completion of services and ensure proper billing.

• Accurately update and maintain all patient appointments and details in the CRM portal.

• Respond promptly to patient calls, messages, and inquiries with proper coordination from doctors.

• Conduct follow-ups with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback.
