Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, clients, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries.
• Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and documents using MS Office tools.
• Provide prompt support to clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Uphold the organization’s professional image by creating a friendly and efficient front desk environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in at least 2 languages (Kannada / Tamil / Hindi / English preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
