The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales of our manufacturing engineering products, including jaw crusher, roller crusher, ball mill, and other laboratory sampling equipment

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure aligned marketing strategies and product promotions

·       Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic

·       Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring analytics

·       Create and send targeted email campaigns to customers and prospects in the mining, construction, and laboratory industries

·       Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for improvement

·       Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in the manufacturing engineering industry

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

·       2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the manufacturing engineering industry

·       Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising

·       Excellent communication and project management skills

·       Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

·       Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and social media management platforms

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Knowledge of the manufacturing engineering industry, including crushers and laboratory sampling equipment, is an asset

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person to customers in the mining, construction, and laboratory industries

·       Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, including product information, order status, and technical support

·       Support the day-to-day operations of the company, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing administrative tasks

·       Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including customer information and order history

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure aligned operations and customer support

·       Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior staff members

·       Stay up-to-date with company products and services, including crushers and laboratory sampling equipment, to provide informed support to customers

Requirements:
