Job Title: Training Facilitator – Changemaker for Be A Changemaker (BAC) program

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our team and facilitate the Be A Changemaker (BAC) program. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the effective delivery and smooth coordination of the BAC program. The BAC Changemaker will be responsible for engaging participants, managing training sessions, and providing necessary interventions to support participant growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Training Programs: Deliver training sessions as per the course structure and content provided by the BAC team.
• Program Coordination: Collaborate with the BAC team for better clarity and understanding of the program structure and delivery approach.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure seamless implementation of the BAC program.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate with respective departments to address and resolve any issues related to hardware, software, network, and stationary requirements.
• Maintain Discipline: Ensure participants are punctual and adhere to the discipline standards throughout the training sessions.
• Engagement & Participation: Actively engage with participants and encourage participation during discussions, activities, and group tasks.
• Monitor Progress: Regularly assess participants' progress and offer additional support where needed to ensure their success.
• Behavioural Interventions: Address any behavioural issues promptly to ensure individual participant progress and maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Collaborative Communication: Regularly update and collaborate with concerned departments to communicate the progress and feedback of training batches.
• Team Support: Support and collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the smooth running of training sessions and overall program delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new training methodologies and best practices to enhance the BAC program's impact and effectiveness.
• Youth Classes: Conduct youth classes at the centre as and when required, providing educational support in line with program goals and participant needs.

• Ability to manage administrative tasks and coordinate across various departments.
• Experience in training, education, or facilitation (preferred but not mandatory).
