Front Office Executive

Vivtaa Fitness Club, Rajajinagar branch, is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to manage daily front office operations, assist members, and support membership sales. The candidate must stay within 3 km of Rajajinagar for easy shift management.

• Welcome members and visitors professionally

• Explain membership plans and offers

• Handle walk-in inquiries and lead follow-ups

• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages

• Manage member registration & billing entries

• Collect payments and maintain daily cash reports

• Maintain attendance records

• Coordinate with trainers and management team

• Keep reception area clean and organized

• Support promotional and marketing activities

Working Hours (Weekly Rotation Shift)

• Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
