Roles & Responsibilities


  • Handle guest check-in and check-out smoothly
  • Welcome guests and manage enquiries, calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Manage reservations, room allocation, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
  • Prepare bills, collect payments, and maintain records
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints politely
  • Maintain front desk appearance and daily reports


Requirements


  • Good communication in English, Kannada, & Hindi
  • Computer, Email & Hotel software & OTA knowledge
  • Customer-friendly attitude
  • 1–3 years hotel experience required.
