Front Office Executive

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails, courier, and documents.
• Provide basic information about company services to customers.
• Maintain office files, records, and front desk area.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
• Assist with basic administrative and data entry tasks.
