Position: Front Office Executive

Location: Hotel Rize Inn, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests warmly and manage check-in & check-out procedures

• Handle room reservations, walk-ins, and telephone inquiries

• Maintain guest records and update booking systems

• Collect payments and prepare bills/invoices

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

• Resolve guest complaints politely and efficiently

• Maintain front desk cleanliness and professionalism

• Provide hotel and local area information to guests

• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / 12th pass (Hotel Management preferred)

• Freshers can apply

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Kannada preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / PMS)

• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude

• Ability to work in shifts

Experience

• 0 – 2 years (Hotel experience preferred but not mandatory)
