Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Front Office Executive to join our hemp and CBD store located in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and promoting our products to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Manage customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
3. Upsell and cross-sell products by understanding customer needs.
4. Maintain a clean and organized front office space.
5. Manage inventory and restock products as needed.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Collect and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge of hemp and CBD products is a plus.
5. Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
8. Customer-centric attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
