Frontend Developer (Next.js)

What You’ll Do

• Build modern, scalable frontend applications using Next.js and TypeScript
• Write clean, maintainable code for both Server Components and Client Components
• Implement responsive, accessible UI using Tailwind CSS
• Create smooth, performant animations using GSAP, JavaScript, and CSS
• Integrate APIs (REST / GraphQL) and handle async data flows confidently
• Optimize for performance, SEO, and best Core Web Vitals
• Work closely with designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery
• Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and technical discussions
• Continuously improve UI patterns, animations, and component architecture

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional frontend experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
• Solid understanding of TypeScript
• Advanced usage of Tailwind CSS for scalable UI systems
• Experience with GSAP and JavaScript-based animations
• Clear understanding of server-side vs client-side rendering
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with API integration, authentication flows, and state management
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub / GitLab)
• Ability to write clean, readable, and well-structured code
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills — you can explain your ideas clearly
• Comfortable working in a team-driven, feedback-oriented environment
• Experience with Framer Motion or advanced CSS animations
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices
• Experience with headless CMS (Directus, Strapi, Sanity, etc.)
• Familiarity with performance optimization and lazy loading strategies
• Experience working with designers on animation-heavy or interactive websites
• Exposure to WebGL / Three.js or creative coding (a plus, not required)
