Full Stack Java Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Full Stack Trainer to join our academic team at Innovative Academy, Vijayanagar. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and online training sessions, guiding students through real-world projects, and preparing them for successful IT careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and practical sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular.
• Explain Database concepts (MySQL, MongoDB) and integrate them with backend applications.
• Design and deliver hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and mini projects.
• Mentor students on live projects and assist them in building a strong portfolio.
• Prepare and update training materials, curriculum, and assessment tools as per industry standards.
• Track student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Conduct mock interviews and guide students on job readiness and placement support.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in full stack development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JDBC, JSP/Servlets, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js or Angular.
• Good understanding of database management: MySQL, MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud basics (AWS or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching/training experience (offline or online) preferred.
• 1–5 years of industry or teaching experience in full stack development.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications in Java, Full Stack, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
