Position: Face-to-Face Fundraising Executive

Location: [Corporate Offices / Malls / Public Locations / Residential Societies] {All-over South India}

About the Role

The Face-to-Face Fundraising Executive will engage with individuals in malls, events, and corporate offices to raise awareness about ServeSeed Foundation’s programs and encourage them to make one-time contributions in support of ongoing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Approach and engage potential donors in public locations.

Present ServeSeed Foundation’s cause effectively and build trust with donors.

Motivate individuals to contribute one-time donations.

Ensure accurate donor details and maintain proper documentation.

Represent ServeSeed Foundation in a professional and ethical manner.

Work with the fundraising team to achieve daily/weekly targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and at least one regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam, etc.).

Confident in approaching and interacting with strangers.

Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven personality.

Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing is an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

For Freshers: ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

For Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on interview performance and relevant fundraising experience.

Note: Fixed salary payout will be based on individual performance and productivity.

Training on donor communication and fundraising techniques.

Field role – shopping malls, events, corporate offices, residential communities.

6-day work week with rotational weekly off.
