Job Description
Visit customer homes as per assigned schedule
Perform regular plant maintenance including:
- Pruning, trimming, and cleaning
- Soil loosening and repotting
- Adding fertilizers, nutrients, and medicines
- Pest and disease control
Diagnose plant health issues and take corrective action
Ensure plants show visible improvement over time
Handle plants and customer homes with care and professionalism
Follow PotPot SOPs and service checklists strictly
Update service completion status on mobile app / WhatsApp
