Elansphere is a dynamic hospitality and entertainment company dedicated to creating immersive experiences. We establish and operate leisure centers, recreational zones, activity clubs, and entertainment venues. Our portfolio includes lounges, cafés, restobars, and food & beverage outlets offering dining, takeaway, and catering services.

We also develop digital platforms — websites, apps, booking systems, and membership programs — to enhance customer engagement. In addition, we organize entertainment events, corporate programs, recreational activities, and community engagements.

About the Role

1. Primary duty Runs the club operationally on a daily basis. First point of contact for all department heads.
2. Staff management Schedules all shifts, approves leave, manages attendance. Ensures no shift runs understaffed.
3. Compliance Ensures all legal notices are displayed, KYC records are maintained, TDS documentation is in order.
4. Incidents First responder for any on-floor incident — player disputes, security issues, staff misconduct. Logs all incidents.
5. Reporting Provides daily summary to seniors.
6. Key trait Firm authority on the floor. Trusted by both partners and staff. Available across both shifts as needed.
