Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team performance across locations / units.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, key customers, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
- Monitor pipeline management, retail performance, enquiry conversion, and booking trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality service and engagement.
- Manage dealer profitability, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and development for sales staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and OEM guidelines.
