Job Description:

As a Personal Care Manager at Citraverse, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized care and companionship to elderly individuals in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking smart, young women and men who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and deep compassion for others. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program for two months in Bangalore. Upon successful completion of the training program, caregivers will be placed at clients homes in Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Goa to deliver exceptional care as Personal Care Manager.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to elderly clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toilet needs if needed.

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.

Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and instructions. Assist with feeding if required.

Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the designated care coordinator.

Accompanying clients on outings and medical appointments. Engaging clients in conversing and walks.

Assist clients in physical therapy exercises.

Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure coordinated care delivery.

Update daily checklist of the client.

Identify red flags and inform the healthcare provider/family.

Requirements:

Willing to work as Personal Care Manager and live in a home care setup.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus. Excellent communication skills. English, Hindi and any other language is great.

Compassionate, empathetic, and patient demeanor towards elderly individuals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Physical stamina and strength to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting and assisting with mobility. Basic knowledge of first aid is desirable.

Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
