Role Overview: Robot Operator (Glass Cleaning)

We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Operator/Technician to handle on-site robot

window-cleaning services for homes, retail stores, offices, and commercial spaces. This role requires

someone who is comfortable with operating robotic cleaning devices, performing basic manual cleaning

when needed, and confidently interacting with customers to upsell/cross-sell additional services.

Key Responsibilities:

● Operate window-cleaning robots with safety checks.

● Perform basic troubleshooting & routine upkeep.

● Do manual touch-up cleaning where required.

● Ensure service quality and. customer satisfaction.

● Update job status, feedback, & issues in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn robot operations and mobile apps.

● Basic mechanical aptitude — able to handle small fixes & troubleshooting.

● Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada.

● Physically fit to carry equipment and perform occasional manual cleaning.

● Customer-friendly personality with a natural sales flair.

● Preferably owns a two-wheeler or a two-wheeler license (fuel allowance provided).

● Prior experience in cleaning services, home services, appliances, or field ops is an advantage.
