Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Brickso by CreditDharma, you will be responsible for supporting the growth team by developing and designing digital creatives, including Facebook and Google ad designs, website updates, social media posts, videos, animations, event collaterals, and various other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating marketing assets for internet consumer brands, ideally in the fintech segment. The candidate should also have an understanding of design aesthetics and brand building. We highly value candidates with hands-on experience in 0-1 Journeys, where agility, innovation, and a robust culture of experimentation is key.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Ideation: Lead the full creative cycle, using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly) for rapid prototyping and mood boarding.
• Performance Creative: Design high-converting ads for Google and Meta, using AI to iterate on different visual hooks and layouts quickly.
• Asset Generation: Use Generative AI to create custom imagery, backgrounds, and icons, reducing reliance on generic stock photos.
• Multi-Channel Design: Create assets for landing pages, social media, and event collaterals that maintain a consistent, premium brand identity.
• Research & Insight: Use AI-powered sentiment and trend analysis to inform design decisions and stay ahead of fintech visual trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the growth and product teams to translate complex home-loan data into simple, beautiful, and "clickable" visuals.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and other creative design tools.
• Familiarity with After Effects, Premier Pro, and other similar video editing tools.
• The AI Toolkit: Hands-on experience with Generative AI workflows (e.g., Midjourney for assets, Adobe Firefly for retouching, or Canva AI for scaling).
• Motion & Video: Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI video tools (Runway, HeyGen) for creating short-form animations.
• Agility: Proven track record in "0-1 Journeys"—building brands from the ground up with speed and experimentation.
• Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Motion Design, Animation is a plus Strong creative background with a good artistic eye, sense of color, and sensibilities.
• A creative portfolio with proof of work.
