About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, understands branding, and can translate ideas into impactful designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and print materials
• Develop brand-consistent creatives including logos, banners, posters, packaging, brochures, and ads
• Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions
• Adapt and resize designs for multiple formats and platforms
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 1–4 years of relevant graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute independently
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with Canva, Figma, After Effects, or basic motion graphics
• Knowledge of social media creatives and digital marketing formats
• Understanding of branding, packaging, or D2C design
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
