Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for various digital and print media. This position requires a strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals that align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:Design Creation: Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all materials.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand the design requirements and produce creative solutions.
• Prepare Final Artwork: Prepare files for production, including print-ready designs, web assets, and social media graphics.
• Creative Input: Provide innovative ideas for new projects, including advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and other visual assets.
• Feedback Implementation: Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the final output meets expectations.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the design output is fresh and current.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of work is maintained.
• Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: fresher
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, including both digital and print projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,coreldraw), and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Canva).
• Understanding of Layouts: Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
