Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across digital and print design requirements and be open to using AI-powered tools to improve speed, creativity, and output quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for digital marketing requirements, including social media posts, ads, banners, thumbnails, and website visuals
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, flyers, standees, banners, and presentations
• Work on packaging designs and brand-related creatives
• Understand design briefs and translate concepts into visually appealing designs
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and content teams to deliver consistent brand communication
• Use Generative AI tools to assist in ideation, visual concepts, copy suggestions, and productivity
• Ensure timely delivery of designs with attention to quality and brand guidelines

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
• Ability to give effective prompts and work with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI design platforms
• Good understanding of layouts, typography, colours, and branding
• Ability to work on multiple design formats (digital + print)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives and performance-oriented design

Good to Have

• Experience working with marketing agencies or digital campaigns
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
• Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity systems
