Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, performance-driven creatives for marketing and product initiatives. This role combines creativity with business impact, working closely with marketing teams to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for ads, landing pages, social media, and WhatsApp campaigns

• Create visual assets for product marketing and branding initiatives

• Collaborate with performance marketers to build conversion-focused designs

• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

• Optimize and iterate creatives based on performance insights

Required Skills

• Strong visual design and layout skills

• Understanding of performance-driven creatives

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently

• Creative thinking aligned with business objectives

Tools & Technologies

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Figma or Canva

• Basic motion or video design

skills (preferred)

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

• Creative performance metrics such as CTR and engagement

• Design turnaround time and delivery consistency

• Brand consistency and overall quality of output

• Speed of feedback incorporation and iteration
