Job Title: Graphic Designer                                     

Salary: ₹12,000/month (First 3 Months - Probation)

Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Job Description: Graphic Designer        

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content across various platforms including posters, social media, LinkedIn, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing material related to our corporate training programs (Diploma, NEBOSH, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Poster Design: Create engaging and visually appealing posters on alternate days for social media, training programs, promotions, and internal use.
• Social Media Management: Design and manage visual content for LinkedIn and ensure brand consistency across all posts.
• PowerPoint Presentations: Design and format impactful presentation slides for corporate clients and internal training sessions.
• Visual Content Creation: Develop banners, brochures, flyers, and other promotional material for diploma courses, NEBOSH, safety programs, etc.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent branding across all designs and platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to understand design requirements and deliver on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic designing (portfolio required).
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, layout, and typography.
• Ability to manage time and work independently on multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of content trends on LinkedIn and other platforms is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
• Video Editing 

Additional Information:

• Initial Salary: ₹12,000/month for the first 3 months (Probation period). Salary revision based on performance.
• Workload: Moderate – poster creation on alternate days, PPT and LinkedIn handling as required.
